Every time there is heavy rain, water stagnates in this area. Water flowing from the Amir Ahmed Circle side and the road near Lakshmi Venkataramana Temple converges here. The drains around the circle get clogged, forcing water to overflow onto the streets. Ground-floor shops and houses are flooded, requiring a permanent solution.Prashanth, Local Resident
