RIPPONPETE: The Jina Sahasranamarchana Puja was observed with traditional rituals at the Hombuja Kshetra, organized by the Vishwa Shanthi Yuva Seva Samithi. The religious ceremonies were conducted as per scriptural mandates under the leadership of Dr. Devenndrakeerthi Bhattarakha Swamiji of the Hombuja Jain Math.
Delivering the benedictory address, Dr. Devenndrakeerthi Bhattarakha Swamiji stated that chanting the name of Jina is a means to achieve ‘Karmakshaya’ (destruction of karmas). He emphasized that the true path to spiritual elevation is attainable through the Jina Sahasranama Archana.
Members of the Padmavati Mahila Mandali, students of Kunda Vidyapeetha, and numerous devotees were in attendance. Organized in collaboration with the Vishwa Seva Yuva Samithi, Bengaluru, and various Jain organizations, the simultaneous chanting of 1.11 crore Jina Namasmarana achieved a significant record.
